Wear real estate agent in Washington probably is not as dramatic as in other western states like California, Nevada and Arizona. However, the loss of agents is no less worrisome to local, state and national realtor organizations based on membership dues income.

Becoming a real estate agent in Washington requires much time and many expenses are not willing to spend at this time to replace a lost job – only to find the average agent spends the first year or so building a territory with little or no income.
