The weather improved real estate market
While unfortunate, the recent storms that ravaged Tennessee have brought some recovery in the housing market in the state. Homeowners who lost their homes or not see how you can rebuild after floods are driving home sales to unexpected levels. As homeowners in the affected areas are reimbursed by insurance companies, the actual conditions of goods market should begin to improve.
Statewide 23 000 homes were damaged or destroyed during the floods and extreme weather. Individual and public assistance is available in forty-five counties in Tennessee and the four counties most affected have been approved for federal disaster assistance.
